We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our artwork. If you receive your merchandise and you're not happy or it does not match your interior you can send it back for full credit towards a new purchase. Unfortunatley, because the pieces are individually commissioned, we cannot offer refunds at this time. All packages that are returned must be in 100% same condition as you received them. Including full packaging around the canvas must not be opened. All four-corner protectors must still be attached, and the box cannot be damaged. Any items being returned that are not in this condition will be rejected by our returns department.
