1) Question - Is there a fee for shipping or package handling?
Answer - No, shipping is always 100% Free to the US 48 states (extra for AK and HI). All orders will be shipped with ground service, usually taking 2-5 business days to receive.
2) Questions - How much is sales tax?
Answer - Sales tax only applies to Missouri residents. If you are not in Missouri, you will not be charged sales tax.
3) Question - Are these prints or hand-painted?
Answer - All our artwork is 100% hand-painted, we do not sell prints. Our work is unique, very high quality, and very vivid colors.
4) Question - When my painting arrives, is it ready to hang?
Answer - Yes. When your artwork arrives it is ready to hang on the wall. All artwork is stretched, gallery wrapped and ready to hang on your wall. There is even the string running behind the canvas for easy hanging.
5) Question - Does the artist have to paint and let it dry before it's shipped?
Answer - No. All our artwork has been painted; it's packaged very nicely for a direct shipment to the buyer.
6) Question - How long will it take for me to receive?
Answer - As long as your order is placed by 2:00pm central time, your order will ship the same day. Allow 2-4 business days to receive.
7) Question - What if I like 5 different sets, can I get a discount?
Answer - Yes, actually we encourage you to decor your whole project with our stunning art collection. Please visit the Quantity Discounts page for more details.
